Charlize Salvatori, a disabled artist and activist, created the LucyLeaks art collection to highlight the problem of women lacking health solutions & miss school during their monthly periods.
By partnering with Days For Girls, a local non-profit, we want to solve this problem.
Bringing attention to a critical issue that affects women around the world: period poverty.
This is an initiative that combines art with activism to make a difference.
Lucy Leaks is more than just an awareness project. It's a movement that encourages women to find their voice and speak out against period poverty. By using art to raise awareness for an issue that affects millions of women, Charlize is making a difference. She believes that every woman deserves to live with dignity and respect, and that starts by ensuring that they have access to the basic necessities they need to manage their periods.
We created sponsorship packages which will give brands & companies impact on the market of inclusive, female friendly brands & companies.

Fighting period poverty & stigma
According to UN Women, even before the pandemic, women and girls have been facing discrimination when they menstruate. In some parts of the world, they are seen as dirty, untouchable, or a disgrace.
Today 500 million women and girls globally are estimated to lack adequate facilities for menstrual hygiene management. This puts women and their families at greater risk of infection.
Support these women in need by buying Lucy Leaks ART packages, of which the donations go to the DaysForGirls organisation. They provide women in need with recyclable period materials, which makes all the difference.
